Job Description

  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively to stay within financial constraints.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any challenges.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven track record of managing construction projects in the commercial healthcare, higher education, office space and hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation tools.
