Job Description



  • Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.


  • Manage site teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and regulatory agencies.


  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing multifamily or commercial builds, preferably in the Pittsburgh area.


  • Proven ability to lead field and office teams, manage project financials, and drive schedules.


  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accountability and proactive planning.


  • Comfortable working on-site regularly and engaging with clients, trades, and municipal inspectors.
