Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
