Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of building and construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates and address concerns.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
