Job Description

Oversee all phases of building and construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates and address concerns.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

A strong background in construction project management within the property industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
