We are seeking a dedicated PM with Estimating experience with a strong background. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and estimating costs for various construction projects ranging in value from $30 million to $400 million, biased towards affordable housing both ground up and tenant in place redevelopment including for LIHTC deals.

Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive project estimates and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand and manage project expectations.
  • Evaluate and analyze project costs and make recommendations for cost-saving strategies.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure it is on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present project estimates and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continually improve processes and systems related to construction management and estimating.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with safety and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PM/Estimator should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of construction estimating and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize project costs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possesses tenant in place affordable housing experience.
