Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing project execution, planning, and resource coordination across internal and external teams
  • Support contract administration and project documentation
  • Monitor safety, schedule, budget, and reporting metrics under senior guidance
  • Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Help track project risks, changes, and performance indicators
  • Contribute to client communications and status updates
  • Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in utility, construction, engineering, or related project coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%



Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with project management tools or ERP systems
  • Exposure to field or construction environments
  • PMP or similar certification (or interest in pursuing)
