Their projects include gut renovations with high-end finishes on townhomes, brownstones, penthouses, and apartments (lofts, duplex, triplex). Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration among all project team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • MUST HAVE experience with gut renovations in New York City's high-end residential space.
  • Proven experience in construction project management within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
