About Our Client

My client is a well-established GC in the Arizona market who has operated in the industry for over 30 years taking on work ranging from $100k-$20M. My client has close to 150 employees and completes a variety of commercial work. The current President at the company began as a PM and after 20 years of progressing through the executive ranks, he is looking for a skilled Project Manager that can help spearhead the backlog of projects they have coming up in 2022.

Job Description

  • Manage any conflict between client, subcontractors, and superintendents
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

The Successful Applicant

  • 8 years of project management experience * Bachelor's degree in construction related discipline is preferred, not required
  • Ability to come in own projects from start to finish
  • Good team player and ability to manage a team
  • Proficiency in latest technologies
