Job Description

Manage day-to-day project operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Oversee high-end gut renovation projects from start to finish
Maintain budgets, ensure cost control, and prepare progress reports
Conduct site visits and ensure work meets quality and design standards
Interface with homeowners, architects, designers, and vendors
Ensure safety compliance and timely project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Experience with high-end residential renovations (brownstones, townhomes, custom homes)
Strong understanding of luxury finishes, millwork, and detailed interior construction
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to read drawings, manage budgets, and lead subcontractor teams
