Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Review plans and specifications, resolving issues to avoid delays.
• Monitor job site progress and enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
