Job Description

  • Manage retail construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed according to plan.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials and labor.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing challenges.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
