Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management and clients.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all project activities.
