Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles

• Manage daily on-site activities and ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets established standards.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to project managers and clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, reports, and safety records.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges efficiently to minimize delays.
