Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction operations from mobilization through final turnover.
  • Manage subcontractors, field personnel, site logistics, and trade sequencing.
  • Enforce company safety programs, job hazard analysis, and OSHA compliance.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and long‑lead items.
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and look‑ahead planning.
  • Maintain jobsite documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and quality checklists.
  • Oversee quality control, punch list completion, and closeout activities.
  • Serve as the primary onsite representative for owners, inspectors, and design teams.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to manage schedule, cost impacts, and risk.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-15+ years of superintendent experience on complex commercial or institutional projects.
  • Strong background in healthcare, education, industrial, or hospitality construction.
  • Proven ability to manage occupied or operational facilities when required.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and logistics planning.
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
  • A safety‑first mindset with a consistent history of well‑run jobsites.
  • Ability to travel regionally or relocate temporarily depending on project needs.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $120,000 - $160,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10-20% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $700 - $1,100 per month
