Job Description

Key responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Commercial Ti in Los Angeles



  • Oversee daily field operations on Commercial TI construction projects from start to finish


  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and on-site personnel


  • Ensure project execution aligns with plans, specs, and safety standards


  • Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and logistics to meet project milestones


  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and subcontractors


  • Maintain high standards of quality control and job site safety


  • Solve on-site issues efficiently and report progress to internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Candidate for Project Superintendent - Commercial Ti in Los Angeles



  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Commercial TI or related commercial building and construction


  • Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and documentation


  • Strong leadership and organizational skills


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities


  • Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)


  • OSHA 30 certification preferred


  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's licens
