Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - K-12 education Ground Up in Los Angeles

• Manage all aspects of K-12 ground-up building and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Implement effective problem-solving strategies to handle construction challenges.
• Ensure adherence to budget and cost controls throughout the project.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns.
