Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of multifamily construction projects in Denver.
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout all stages of the project.
  • Prepare and present project updates to management and clients as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Superintendent in Multifamily Construction should have:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a superintendent role, with at least 5 years overseeing multifamily projects valued at $50M+
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes applicable to wood-frame structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and field crews effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, SmartSheet).
  • OSHA 30 cert. required
