With a strong foundation in construction and real estate development, they pride ourselves on delivering value, quality, and long-term performance in every project.Job DescriptionManage daily accounting functions for multiple properties (journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close).Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts related to property operations.Monitor rent rolls, tenant billing, collections, and lease compliance in coordination with property management.Track property-level expenses and ensure they align with approved budgets.Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations.Support audit processes and provide documentation as needed.Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations specific to real estate and property accounting.Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and ownership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
