• Responsible for residential properties
• Show prospective clients available properties
• Follow up on tenant use/occupancy permits
• Monthly inspections
• Maintain, track tenant lease renewals
• Create, distribute tenant newsletter
• Work closely with contractors
• Other projects as assigned
