Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance and tenant relations
  • Ensure properties comply with all legal and company regulations
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to manage property repairs and improvements
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Manage property budgets and financials, ensuring optimal financial performance
  • Prepare regular reports on property performance and tenant satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and rental income
  • Stay updated with industry trends and local property market conditions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Manager should have:

  • LIHTC, affordable tax credit exerience
  • Will have managed exclusively affordable buildings
  • Strong knowledge of the property industry and local market conditions
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience in managing property budgets and financials
  • Ability to manage all aspects of property maintenance and tenant relations
  • Proven track record of delivering superior customer service
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
