It employs a substantial workforce and operates in numerous countries and territories worldwide.Job DescriptionAssist in the preparation and filing of property tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.Analyze property tax assessments and valuations, identifying opportunities for appeals and adjustments.Collaborate with internal departments to gather relevant data for accurate property tax reporting.Maintain and update property tax databases and tracking systems.Monitor changes in property tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries from tax authorities.Prepare reports and presentations for management on property tax matters and strategies.Assist in the development of property tax budgets and forecasts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
