At this time, they are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join their team as a Proposal Manager.

Job Description

The Proposal Manager - Life Science & Lab Construction will be responsible for:

  • managing the firm's work acquisition process from the planning and development of proposals to supporting project teams through the interview process
  • working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop proposal content
  • contributing to other marketing initiatives such as maintaining the library of proposal components, photography shoots, award submissions, advertising and digital marketing efforts

The Successful Applicant

The right Proposal Manager - Life Science & Lab Construction will have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry
  • a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English (preferred)
  • expertise in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with other Adobe applications
  • strong and creative copy writing and editing skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • ability to manage and prioritize multiple proposals and deadlines at a time
