Their team values innovation, transparency, and collaboration-and they're investing in the future by expanding their preconstruction and estimating capabilities.Job DescriptionAnalyze IFBs, ITBs, RFQs, and RFPs to determine viable project opportunities.Accurately and efficiently cost public civil projects to remain competitive in the bidding market.Maintain active communication with subcontractors and vendors to gather the most competitive pricing.Work with internal business development and marketing teams to strategize pursuit efforts.Attend pre-bid meetings, submit RFIs, and work directly with clients and municipalities during bid development.Use InEight software to compile and submit formal proposals.Collaborate with operations teams to ensure production rates and sequencing assumptions are accurate and executable.Lead internal handoff meetings to transition awarded projects to the operations team.Evaluate past bid results to inform and refine future estimating strategy.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
