• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to discuss project requirements and budgets.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
