QA Manager

• Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular quality audits and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Provide training and guidance to staff to promote quality awareness and adherence to standards.
• Oversee the investigation of quality complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
