QMS Manager

• Manage and evolve the company's Quality Management System to meet AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer‑specific standards
• Act as the Management Representative for external audits and certification bodies
• Lead and coordinate internal audits, external audits, and regulatory assessments
• Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs, including root cause analysis and follow‑through
• Conduct management reviews, track quality metrics, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures, and controlled records
• Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support quality throughout the product lifecycle
• Support document control processes and ensure proper retention of quality records
• Provide training and promote quality awareness across teams
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the quality organization
