QSR Superintendent - Denver

• Manage on-site construction activities for ground-up projects such as Taco Bells and gas stations.
• Ensure all projects are completed according to design specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards on job sites.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and status updates.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure all necessary permits are obtained and adhered to.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to manage expectations and deliver satisfaction.
