They are on the search for a leader for a new division within their Construction division, and their mission is to deliver exceptional value to our clients through rigorous quality standards, safety, and reliability. They are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join their team and ensure the success of our projects by overseeing quality control throughout all phases of construction.Job DescriptionResponsible for removing any obstacles that may hinder on time performance.To represent my client in all actions onsite with the subcontractors and owners.Adhere to construction schedule for all quality inspections required.Responsible to notify construction team of defects noted to complete prior to turnover.Responsible for notifying the office if obstacles to on-time completion occur.Responsible for owner satisfaction of the assigned projects.Generate and maintain weekly reports of inspection defects by project.Create reports for Purchasing Department to qualify current vendors based upon Quality.Maintain system for Warranty requests and identify responsibilitiesPerform monthly project assessments on for deferred maintenance of products.Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
