The Quality Control Manager will assure that construction team provides the highest quality of construction services and that we will meet or exceed all stated requirements in which we are involved with respect to materials and workmanship. This person will report into the VP and General Manager. This person should have experience with federal government clients and a strong ability to facilitate "Three Phases of Control" process as dedicated QCM.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management OR a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience OR have an associate's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience.
  • Must have working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures and practices.
  • CQM Certification is highly preferred
  • QC certificate from the Corp of Engineers is highly preferred
  • RS Means or Procore experience is preferred
  • Experience with government clients is highly preferred
