They have grown into a multi‑facility operation known for its technical capabilities, in‑house production processes, and premium packaging designsJob DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager are:Lead, develop, and mentor the Quality Control team, including technicians, inspectors, and quality specialists.Oversee daily QC operations across multiple facilities and production lines, including corrugated, folding carton, rigid box, and thermoforming processes.Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality‑related matters, both internally and with customers.Manage and continuously improve the company's quality management system (QMS).Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements.Maintain documentation including SOPs, inspection protocols, corrective action reports, and certification records.Develop and implement quality control procedures, sampling plans, and inspection criteria across all manufacturing stages.Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.Lead root‑cause analysis (RCA), CAPA processes, and cross‑functional problem‑solving initiatives.Partner closely with Production, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure manufacturability and consistent quality output.Oversee incoming material inspection, in‑process checks, and final product inspection.Ensure accuracy and proper use of testing equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges, dye penetration, adhesion tests, color measurement tools).Maintain calibration schedules and verification processes.If interested, please apply using the link below.
