They utilize advanced technologies to produce high-performance parts that meet stringent quality standards and support critical applications in both commercial and military sectors.Job DescriptionPerform inspections, tests, and audits to ensure products meet quality standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports to track product performance and process improvements.Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, control plans, and non-conformance reports.Participate in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues.Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to optimize manufacturing processes.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.Provide training and guidance to manufacturing teams on quality standards and best practices.Support product design and development teams to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the start of the product life cycle.Assist in maintaining and updating quality systems, ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
