• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for aerospace products
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify product quality and process efficiency
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in manufacturing processes
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation related to quality control processes
• Support new product development by ensuring quality standards are met during production
