Due to significant expansion, they are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to oversee all activities within their machining department.Job DescriptionDevelop, maintain, and implement quality assurance objectives aligned with organizational goals.Communicate and reinforce quality philosophies and best practices to teams across the organization.Review design and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant industry quality codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, FAA, EASA), and provide training across the company.Serve as a certified internal auditor and ensure ongoing compliance with quality management system requirements.Support organizational adherence to AS9100 and FAA quality standards, including identifying gaps and developing action plans.Participate as a key member of the Material Review Board (MRB) and drive material disposition decisions.Lead and support internal and external audits, as well as customer and regulatory source inspections.Prepare, review, and approve First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation.Support production and assembly teams in resolving material nonconformance issues.Deliver and evaluate training for certified assemblers and test technicians.Investigate and support resolution of customer quality complaints.Provide documentation support related to regulatory compliance requirements.Assist with final inspection activities as requested.Please apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
