The site operates in a highly automated environment with dozens of 5-axis machining centers organized into production cells. Turning operations support large-diameter, tight-tolerance work, and quality control is ensured through advanced inspection systems including CMMs, borescopes, precision gauging, and in-process measurement tools.Job DescriptionActed as the customer advocate by managing concerns and resolving nonconforming product issues.Led root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to address internal and supplier-related quality problems.Supported and strengthened the site's Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.Partnered with engineering and production teams to refine inspection methods and ensure process consistency.Utilized data-driven approaches, including statistical process control and lean methodologies, to enhance quality performance.Provided guidance and training to inspection personnel to improve accuracy and reduce rework.Monitored quality metrics to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement actions.Promoted a culture of safety, organization, and compliance throughout the facility.Occasionally supported quality activities across multiple nearby sites as needed.Performed additional quality-related tasks to support operational and customer objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
