Job Description

  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure designs meet all quality flow‑downs and approved specifications.
  • Create training materials and deliver quality‑related training to new hires and team members.
  • Evaluate, improve, and maintain quality systems and processes to uphold strict standards.
  • Work independently to drive quality oversight with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure suppliers meet required quality expectations and flow‑down requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and analysis to maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain quality protocols, evaluation tools, and control systems.
  • Perform part inspections using various metrology tools to verify full compliance with requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of AS‑9100 standards and quality principles.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
  • Experience with CMM and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Self‑directed, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative mindset.
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering and 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
