You'll also have the chance to interact with their major customers, including Ford, GM, and Tesla.Job DescriptionConduct comprehensive quality assurance activities to ensure the adherence of our product to strict industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality guidelines.Collaborate with the development and production teams to define quality metrics, conducts thorough testing, and identify potential areas for improvement in our manufacturing processes.Perform rigorous analysis of data, identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for process optimization and risk mitigation.Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operation procedures, test protocols, and validation reports, to ensure clear and consistent quality control processes.Utilize statistical methods and tools to conduct process capability studies, gauge process stability, and implement effective statistical process control (SPC) measures.Lead investigations into non-conformity's and customer complaints, applying root cause analysis techniques to implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent re-occurrence.Participate in internal and external audits, as well as compliance assessments, to ensure adherence to regulatory and certification standards.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to assess and improve the quality management processes, ensuring the integrity of the supply chainFacilitate and support continuous improvement initiatives, participating in cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance overall product quality.Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related processes and procedures, fostering a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality management, incorporating new knowledge into our quality systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
