Quality Engineer- Aviation and Aerospace- Dover NH

We're seeking a dedicated, integrity-driven professional to lead key quality system functions-including audits, inspections (NDT and dimensional), and process optimization-in a collaborative, global environment. In this dynamic role, you'll manage internal and external audits in line with AS9100 standards, oversee critical Quality Management System (QMS) indicators, and collaborate across departments and international sites to ensure world-class compliance and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• 
  
  Leading external and internal audits from planning through corrective action closure
• 
  
  Managing QMS indicators such as Quality Alerts, Escapes, 8D/RPO, and CAPAs
• 
  
  Overseeing document control, records archiving, and continuous audit improvement
• 
  
  Coordinating and certifying internal auditors
• 
  
  Driving customer satisfaction efforts and becoming a certified site auditor
