Employing more than 6,300 people and operating over 60 manufacturing facilities across the United States and Canada, the company continues to lead the way in innovation, focusing on the development of sustainable building materials.Job DescriptionParticipate in and potentially lead investigations into complaints and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).Conduct supplier audits and oversee supplier quality.Carry out internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.Assist with facility expansions, software validations, equipment qualifications, and process validations for both existing and new processes.Engage in and coordinate third-party audits, providing training as needed.Implement, maintain, and control systems and practices to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the quality of materials and products at all stages of production.Drive continuous quality improvement objectives.Ensure plant compliance with regulatory and ISO standards, customer specifications, and corporate quality policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
