They are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of their customers.Job DescriptionCollaborate with R&D during new product development to plan inspection processes and proactively address potential quality issues.Source and integrate equipment for testing and analyzing electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.Design and implement custom applications to automate and/or control inspection processes.Monitor and maintain the integrity of all electrical test systems; troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support quality control for new and existing products.Lead or contribute to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) initiatives.Partner with manufacturing engineering to develop preventive action plans addressing electronic product nonconformities.Partner with suppliers in resolving electronic product quality concerns.Provide technical guidance to technicians for rework of assemblies, maintenance of test equipment, and implementation of new testing solutions.Support ISO documentation and ensure compliance with outside certification agencies.Assist UL and CSA auditors during unannounced audits.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
