Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to meet industry standards.
  • Utilize advanced metrology equipment to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality control procedures and results.
  • Support internal and external audits related to quality standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • Strong knowledge of metrology and quality assurance principles.
  • Extensive PPAP/APQP experience
  • Strong Experience with GD&T
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with quality management systems and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A degree in engineering or a related technical field is a plus
