Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product reliability.
  • Perform quality audits, inspections, and testing to validate product and process performance.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements relevant to the industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related engineering roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with industry quality standards such as ISO 9001 or similar certifications.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly document processes and findings.
  • Passionate about driving process enhancements and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
