Grounded in stability yet driven by transformation, the client provides a collaborative environment where technical rigor and cross‑functional problem‑solving are central to its mission.Job DescriptionLead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a robust quality management system in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet strict internal and customer requirements.Standardize, document, and monitor quality control procedures on the shop floor, making sure they are consistently followed and updated as processes evolve.Plan, coordinate, and execute internal, product, process, and supplier audits, as well as manage customer quality portals and external audit activities.Drive advanced product quality planning for new launches and product changes, including supporting tool and process validation and overseeing production trial runs.Develop and maintain risk and control documentation (such as FMEAs and control plans) throughout the product lifecycle to ensure consistent quality outcomes.Use statistical tools and data analysis to monitor performance, identify trends or recurring issues, and recommend process adjustments or improvements.Lead structured problem‑solving activities (e.g., root cause analysis and corrective actions), verify the effectiveness of solutions, and embed lessons learned into standard work.Partner closely with operations, engineering, commercial, and supply chain teams, as well as key suppliers, to resolve customer concerns, support special projects, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
