Oversee product quality from development to delivery, working closely with customers, while supporting and maintaining the QMS (ISO 13485) to ensure compliance with industry standards. Lead new product introductions, interpret GD&T drawings, develop measurement methods, program vision systems (OGP Smart Scope), and utilize SPC, DOE, and Gage R&R for continuous process improvement and root cause analysis.

Job Description

  • Manage product quality throughout development to delivery, collaborating closely with customers.
  • Maintain and support the QMS (ISO 13485), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Interpret GD&T drawings, create measurement methods, and program vision systems (OGP Smart Scope).
  • Lead new product launches, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Apply SPC, DOE, and Gage R&R to drive process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in quality engineering within medical devices or life sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, metrology, and automated measurement systems.
  • FDA regulatory experience is a plus.
  • Occasional travel to Danvers, MA required.
