Whether supporting next-generation medical technologies or advanced aerospace systems, they remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible with high-performance films.Job DescriptionThe Quality Engineer, Industrial / Medical Device Manufacturing will:Lead root cause investigations and manage corrective actions through closureConduct internal quality audits and support QMS gap analysis and improvementsDevelop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans and QMS recordsTrain employees on quality processes and proceduresAnalyze manufacturing data using statistical tools (e.g., SPC from ERP)Collaborate with Engineering to improve measurement methods and production processesSupport continuous improvement and Lean initiativesImplement and enhance quality-related capabilities within the ERP systemCommunicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issuesParticipate in process mapping and other CI projectsProvide backup support for Quality Technician and QA Specialist rolesPerform additional quality-related tasks as assigned by the Team LeaderOnsite at our Somersworth, NH facilityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
