Quality is at the forefront of the organization, as they are ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and AS9100 certified.Job DescriptionDemonstrates strong capability in evaluating the adequacy and completeness of technical data, deviations, and related quality requirements.Collaborates effectively with multiple departments to address quality-related questions and resolve issues.Communicates directly with customers to resolve inquiries, clarify requirements, address complaints, and support the 8D process, certifications, and other quality needs.Provides support to the Inspection Department.Partners with Quality Technicians and Quality Assistants to resolve documentation concerns.Participates in internal investigations and the development of corrective action plans.Supports internal audits, customer audits, and customer visits.Prepares PPAP documentation, including Control Plans, Balloon Drawings, PFMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams.Creates AS9102 First Article Inspection reports.Performs internal QMS and process audits.Assists with validation and qualification activities.Performs additional duties as assigned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
