Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Quality Engineer are:

  • Work closely with customers to resolve quality concerns and analyze product performance.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
  • Conduct product measurement testing and statistical analysis.
  • Oversee first article inspections, capability studies, and PPAP documentation.
  • Drive process validation, Gage R&R, and PFMEA activities.
  • Perform internal audits and support ISO quality management system compliance.

The Successful Applicant



The successful Quality Engineer will have the following:

  • Strong background in plastic injection molding and metrology.
  • Proficient in reading complex part prints and applying geometric tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Experience with SPC, SQC tools, and statistical data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
