Description:

• Facilitates monthly supplier scorecards and quarterly review of supplier performance for additional suppliers to monitor
• Trends NCR data to initiate supplier corrective actions and internal improvement activities
• Drives continuous improvement with suppliers and internal departments through CARs, including on-site meetings, audits and procedural changes
• Facilitates and assists with sample approval process
• Drive to root cause and implement the corrective action with the relevant functional units
• Lead continuous improvement activities to support QMS and customer satisfaction
• Supports audits of procedures, checklists and forms for completion and use (supporting ISO 9001:2015 internal audits)
• Creates documentation and drives improvements as needed to ensure best practices are clearly defined
• Provide / facilitate training to support identified best practices
