Job Description

  • Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry and company standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements for product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Support new product development by establishing quality requirements and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience working in ISO‑regulated environments (ISO9001 or equivalent).
  • Experience as an internal auditor with knowledge of audit processes.
  • Strong understanding of quality tools: SPC, MSA, control plans, FMEA, RCCA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab).
  • Ability to communicate effectively across manufacturing and quality teams.
