With a customer-first mindset and a culture of integrity and excellence, they continue to build long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers, supporting their ongoing success with reliable, high-performance products.Job DescriptionThey key responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and customer specifications.Manage quality control processes and ensure products meet specified quality standards, using data-driven decision-making and problem-solving techniques.Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry certifications.Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Oversee supplier quality performance and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product quality and consistency meet company standards.Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance staff to maintain high performance and ensure adherence to all quality protocols. Develop and deliver training sessions to employees on quality control best practices.Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and production issues; determine root causes and implement corrective actions as necessary.If interested, please apply using the link below. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) is a plus.Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, data analysis, and quality improvement techniques.
