Job Description

As a quality engineer you will:

  • Develop and maintain quality systems and objectives.
  • Review design and quality documentation for compliance.
  • Analyze quality data using statistical methods for process improvement.
  • Make decisions on product acceptance and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods.
  • Lead quality assurance activities in design and manufacturing.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits.
  • Serve as a quality representative for problem resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare quality-related documentation and reports.
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs.
  • Interface with suppliers and customers on quality issues.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • B.S. in Engineering or equivelent
  • Expertise in quality systems and statistical analysis.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Strong communication and auditing skills.
  • Experience with quality documentation (e.g., PPAP, FAI).
  • Technical background in engineering or a related field
